Nothing special night

Took it easy tonight, as I plan on lifting very heavy this weekend. Plus I was do for a light day.

Power snatches superet with back squats
95x5 then 225x2
95x5 then 225x2
105x3 then 225x2
115x2 then 225x2
125x2 then 225x2
did this in about 5 min, and damn I was winded.
then power cleans superset with back squats
185x3 then 250x2
185x3 then 250x2
185x3 then 250x2
only got 3 sets and I was really winded did this in about 3 min.

Standing abs superset with decline situps
20 reps x 3 sets

Nothing special done in about 15 min. My youngest daughter Gabby worked out and with me and had a goodnight.
She did
3 sets of mountain climbers for 20 reps, then jumping jacks x20, then bodyweight squats x 10
then did strict presses with 20#s for a pr of 13 reps.

I don't have her do alot, but it is fun seeing her get stronger.
