Upperbody workout

Today was ok, my strength is coming back. But it really frustrates me that I ever let myself get weaker in something that I worked very hard at getting stronger. But persistance pays off and I fully expect that I will be repping my old overhead pr by May or June.

Dumbell Flys

Alternate DB curls x 10 supersetted with DB hammer curls x 8 for 3 sets

Shoulder horn
3x20

Wrist curls
5x10
supersetted
heavy grip 100 x 10-15 each hand
