Upperbody workout

Todays workout was good and dissapointing. I didn't do as much as I normally would but things are coming back around. That is all I can ask for.

Axle clean and press
160x5
190x3
210x7 not bad, this is about what I expected as I haven't been working on my press as of late so I will take what I have put into it.

Speed Sets
160x5x3 sets felt good to do these again, when my press was at its best I always did these.

Close grip Benching with 1/2" chains
205x3 + 3 chains
205x3 + 4 chains
205x2 + 5 chains
Very dissapointing as I have done 225 x 1 + 7 sets of chains so I have alot of work to do.

Strict curls have never done these but some friends of mine Glenn got 150lbs and Vince 160lbs so I wanted to see what I could do, turns out not very much.

Wow these suck, I hate curls.

DB hammer curls
3x8

Tricep Extensions with purple band
3 x 25

Heavy Grip 150 x 20 x 3 sets
