Upperbody day

Very good workout today, Corey and I tested out our axle clean and press, and Chuck got a deadlift PR. Great day of lifting.

Axle clean and press
110x5
180x3
200x3
220x1
240x1
250x1 stopped here, gives me a good starting point for changing my numbers around.

Then decided to try something different.
200 x 2 x 14 sets in 14 min. Damn is all I gotta say, wow this kicked my ass but I liked it.

Close grip bench
225x5x3 sets
Kept these light tris were tired.

Green band extensions
3x15

Hammer curls
3x10

COC trainer x 10 x 2 sets.
