Had a good workout tonight, I managed a pr on something so that always makes it worth it.

Started out with some Press medley
150# keg x a bunch
200 log, 220 axle, 150# keg x 1
220x axle x 1
230 log x 1
keg x a bunch

Pressing is going ok, it is coming back so that is all I can ask.

18" pulls
245x5
335x3
425x1
500x1
550x1
605# x 1 pr
This lift is coming around really nice, I am so weak at the top of deadlifts it is ridiculous. But now that this is getting stronger a 600# pull from the ground is just around the corner.
