Crappy workout today, I won't lie I wasn't extremely motivated as it was to begin with. But they can't all be great workouts.

worked up to 560x1 and decided to stop.

sledgehammer, woodchoppers, and decline situps.
Probably needed the break anyway, but it is time to boost the intensity of my workouts KSM is 8 weeks away I need to get it in gear.
