Deadlift and some other stuff

So I was gonna deload today, but instead figured why not try something different. Glad I did, as it was fun.

DL from floor + short purple bands = 130lbs at top
135 x 3
225 x 3
315 x 3
315 x 1 + 1 set of chains
315 x 1 + 2
315 x 1 +3
315 x 1 +4
315 x 1 +5
315 x 1 +6
315 x 1 +7 PR as I have never done this before, but we figured it to be 620lbs at the top. All I know is it felt heavy at the top. Oh I didn't wear a belt.

Cambered squat bar box squats
160 x 3
210 x 3
250 x 3
300 x 3
This thing is brutal, just wants to swing all over the damn place.

DB rows supersetted with fat man pullups
10 and 5 x 4 sets

Leg raises supersetted with sledgehammer swings
3 x 10 each

Good day. My daughter came out and did bench and deadlift.
