Today was one of those days where I was highly unmotivated, but after a quick 15 min snooze, I got a little motivation. It was a rough day though, no sleep, my daughter was sick, and I had a stomach bug.

That was it, 30 min workout was perfect. Can't wait to try out my new DL suit on sunday.
