For the most part good day today. I felt a little sluggish, but my workout went well. I got a nice PR and you can't really ask for much more.

Ok so I am doing a powerlifting meet in probably feb or march and I have to bench flat footed, I hate to bench flat footed but you gotta do what you gotta do.

Happy with the workout, fuck dieting, I am strong and it is gonna pay off to stay where I am at. I have already got my goals figured out for next year.
