Event training day

Twas my birthday today, I felt like shit due to the cold I have. But damn't it is my birthday and I wanted to workout.

Axle clean and press
160 x 5
190 x 5
215 x 7 I had more in me, but no air
250 x 2 I had to try this, it is progress

DBL overhand Axle DL
220 x 3
250 x 3
270 x 1

Farmers DL
260 x 1
Stopped here, my body didn't like this.

Did a bunch of Bicep and Shoulder work. It was a fun time, looking forward to another year.
