Okay day today, I was hoping to get PR today, but I came close but didn't get it. Oh well still a good workout.

Close grip bench

300 x 5 I needed 6 for a PR

Dips

Strict curls
70 x 3
95 x 3
110 x 10 6 strict 4 cheated

Wrist curls
40 x 2 sets

25# plate pinches
3 sets

Nice workout overall. Mac benched his first 315, so that it all worth it.
