I wasn't really sure how today's workout was gonna go, I stayed up late helping my mother and didn't sleep much and overall I just felt way too tired. Gotta love having a decent workout when you can barely even keep your eyes open.

Very happy my deadlift stays strong while I am cutting. Plus I am starting my cycle nice and light to help get back in shape and hopefully get some things healed up.
