Today was a deload day for close grip bench plus I only had 30 minutes to get a workout in as I had parent teacher conferences for my daughter. I had a great workout though and my bodyweight is down to 231.4, down 16 lbs so far. I really feel good, recovery on my workouts is better, I sleep better, and my body in general feels better. Looking forward to a cheat meal on saturday.

Nice workout, things are going well and I think I am on a great pace for my goal at the end of april.
