Snatch Grip Deadlift

Bent over rows
245 x 5 x 3 sets
Medicine ball oblique toss
3 sets of 10
We messed around with the new sheaf before the workout, definately gotta get the holes bigger as it likes to stick. That and I need to polish the tines on my fork. All in due time. Hopefully if the weather is decent tommorrow, I can go throw.
