Good workout finally

Had a very good workout tonight.

Axle clean and press
160 x 5
180 x 5
200 x 9 PR is 10 so I am not far off

Speed sets
160 x 5 x 3 sets

Circus DB clean and press each rep
87lbs x 10 each arm

Close grip bench
185x3
210x3
235x10

Dips supersetted with Hammer curls
5 on dips and 10 on hammer cursl x 5 sets

Pressdowns supersetted with cable curls
10 on pressdowns and 5 on curls

Grip work.
