Upperbody workout

Well I could feel that I was a little beat up from tuesdays workout, but I did what I could.

Axle clean and press
180 x 5
200 x 3
220 x 6 not bad, but not the greatest. Gotta keep working on my jerk technique had to press the last rep out from about my forehead.

Tried to do some circus DB, but hips and lower back kept cramping up.

Reverse band presses
225 x 5
315 x 3
335 x 3
355 x 1
375 x 1
400 x miss
275 x 13

Chinups
5 sets of 3 reps

Blast strap extensions
3 sets of 10

Overall good workout, I am little bit concerned about the circus DB, but it is only 1 event.
