Upperbody workout

Great day in the gym today, everyone got PRs of some sort.

Axle clean and press
160x5
190x3
210x8 1 more than last time, so my strength is coming back, which is nice.

Circus DB clean and press each rep
92 lbs x 10 each arm wow I was shot after this.

Was gonna do reverse band presses with Chuck, but Mac and I have been having a close grip bench battle for the last couple weeks so the war was won today.
Close grip bench
195x5
225x3
250x9 to Mac's 8 reps I WIN!!!

Dips
5 sets of 8 reps

Hammer Curls
5 sets of 10 reps

COC trainer x 10 supersetted with wrist curls x 20 x 3 sets

Mac got 11 reps with 425 on the trap bar deadlift, and the close grip bench was a PR for him. Chuck got 142 for 8 reps in a minute on the circus DB, and pulled 200lbs on the rolling thunder. Fun day.
