Upperbody night

Great night tonight, Chuck was over and Joe and Troy come down from Lincoln. It was a good workout.

Circus DB
warmed up
122 x 3 reps clean and press each rep, this is a PR but I am hoping for more.

Axle clean and press

This made me happy, my press is coming back so that means I am doing something right.

Close grip Bench

Dips + 20#
3 x 5

Hammer curls

Blast strap pushups

Grip work

Rope pullups
5 or 6 sets of 3 reps

Very good night. Everyone put in good work, then we went and stuffed our faces at Quaker Steak and Lube. Nothing like lifting heavy shit with friends and then eating lots of food.
