Lower Body day

Great workout today, Chuck, Corey, and myself all got PRs on the deadlift today.

Deadlift from the floor. All sets no belt.
135x5x2
225x5
315x3
375x3
405x3
455 x 8 used straps PR for reps.

Keg Loads
250 x 5 one lap
270 x 5 same
290 x 10 same

Sled drags
400+lbs x 60 feet backwars then 60 feet forwards x 5 sets

Chest supported rows supersetted with Green Band abs 10 and 20 x 3 sets

Blast strap rows supersetted with Decline situps 10 and 20 x 3 sets

Great workout.
