Squats and such

Decided to go to a local what I would call "hardcore gym" When I use the term hardcore I mean people actually come to this place to train and get stronger, not fucking dick around. It is nice every now and then to get out of my gym and see other places, tonight didn't disappoint.

Back Squats
135 x 3 x 2
185 x 2
225 x 1
275 x 1 added belt
315 x 1
345 x 1
370 x 1 not too shabby, left me wanting more, but save that for 3-4 weeks.

Leg Extensions
5 x 10
downset
1 x 25

45 degree Hypers
5 x 5 agains't mini band

Sumo Pulls
3 x 3 using axle

Yoke push/Yoke run medley
just 350lbs x 5 sets of 35 feet each so 70 feet total, this really smoked my legs on the push

Hyper abs
5 x 20
