Upperbody workout

Was rushed going into tonights workout, its not like it was a bad workout but I just wasn't happy with the result. But after looking at things, it is progress.

Log Clean and Press
Clean each rep, then one motion press style or viper style whatever the fuck you wanna say.

log x 3
140 x 3
170 x 3
190 x 7, I did these in 60 sec, I should have kept going until I got 10. Remember this for workouts later on.

Incline Log
190 x 5
210 x 5
220 x 5

Dips
5 x 10

Pullups
I believe I did 7 sets of 5 reps

Prowler Push
10 sets of 80 feet
