Was still very sore from Tuesday, and extremely worn out. It showed today but I still had a great workout.

I just can't seem to get past 5 reps on these oh well. Next time I will use my good Olympic bar, the axle is nice but I need the whip of my Olympic bar, better for the elbows.
Push Jerks
185 x 2 x 6 sets
Working these back in with lighter weights, gotta learn how to explode.
Log 1 motion presses
180 x 5 x 2 sets
Should have done just 1 all out set and aimed for 10.
Close grip bench
185 x 5
225 x 5
250 x 6
Tris were shot by these point.
Called it a night, was getting tired and worn out. Hoping I get some energy for squats tomorrow.
