Going into tonights workout I was quite worried that today was just gonna suck. So I got home and relaxed for a couple hours instead of just going right into the gym. Turns out it was the right idea.

Some neck lift
Some grip work
That was it for today, I was getting really tired so I figured stop while it was still good.
