Lower body workout, my legs are pathetic but they will get stronger.

The weight is coming off slowly and my strength is maintaining in some things and going down in others, but I am feeling really good.

Back squats
140 x 5 x 2
190 x 5
210 x 5
220 x 4
230 x 3
240 x 2
250 x 5

Leg extensions supersetted with DB slds
4 x 10

abs
6 sets x 20 reps
