Actually had a decent workout. I think all this volume is a nice change of pace for the body, as I am not feeling as beat up as I have in the past. I don't know how much it will translate to strength as I am also trying to lose weight, but I do enjoy not feeling like a punching bag.

Kind of short and sweet, but it got the job done. Squats are tonight still debating on what I want to do.
