Woke up quite tired and a little worn out, but I still wanted to train. It wasn't the greatest workout but still better than no workout.

210 each hand x 120 feet with a turn x 2 trips, got a lot of work to do here I haven't done a turn in forever. On the first set I actually dropped the damn weight casue I couldn't straighten out, oh well gotta start somewhere.
