Lower body workout

KB snatches 70 x 5 x 3 sets each arm

Back squats
220 x 5
230 x 4
240 x 4
250 x 2
260 x 5

Front squats
3 x 5

Calf raises
5 x 10

Ab work
6 sets

Overall decent workout, squats are feeling better every week. The weights are super light but I think it is what I need right now. For once I am gonna try and stick to a plan.
