Decent day today, energy felt really good. I think I have got my eating all figured out and it seems to be working quite well.
Close grip bench
230 x 5 x 7 sets
DB flies supersetted with green band extensions
3 x 10 each
Ultra wide bench pressees supersetted with Monster mini pushdowns
3 x 10 each
Grip work
I did 10 sets of pullups for 5 reps in between sets. 3 of them I did weighted with an extra 10lbs.
