Lower body workout

Wasn't sure how today was going to go, I was a little tired and my knee was acting up a little. But overall I was happy with how things went.

Reverse band squats
135 x 5 x 2
225 x 3 add bands
315 x 3
365 x 1
405 x 1
425 x 1 x 2 sets
435 x 1 x 2 sets

DB slds
3 x 10

Abs
6 sets

Kind of a short day, but better than nothing.
