Dissapointing Tuesday workout

Turns out when you have a mock competition 2 days before it kind of kicks your ass, well it did at least for me.

Deads from the floor
135 x 5
225 x 3
315 x 3
365 x 3
425 x 3
475 x not gonna happen. I guess I need to deload, or take a break or just give up deadlifting

18" deads
worked up to 565, stopped here.

Back Squats
300 x 1 x 8

Thick bar shrugs supersetted with DB rows
200lbs x 10 and 115lbs x 10 x 3 sets

Sledgehammer swings supersetted with leg raises
10 and 10 x 3 sets

Time to rest up.
