Nice squat session

Decided to  go back to training 4 days a week, so squats on Friday are in order.

Bryan made it over and neither one of really felt like doing shit. But eventually we both got motivation and had great workouts.

Warmed up with cleans
135 x 3 x 2
185 x 3
205 x 3
these were just bad, I have forgot how to do power cleans with decent form.

Back squats
225 x 3
275 x 2
295 x 1
315 x 1
335 x 1
355 x 1
375 x 1
All beltless, most I have done in a while. I think next week I will put my belt on, maybe go for a PR.

Standing abs
3 x 20

Bryan ended up squatting 505, the most he has done in while also. Some days when you don't think you have it, you do.
