Tricep Pushdowns
4 x 10 and 1 x 15

Pullups
4 sets x 5 reps

Lat pulldowns
4 x 10 and 1 x 15

Cheat Curls
3 x 5

Cleaned up the gym, gotta a little more to do but it is looking really nice.
