Sunday training

Another fun Sunday, bodyweight is down to 221.8 so I am holding steady and not really trying very hard so to speak.

Axle clean and press
160 x 5
180 x 5
195 x 8 so easy but I just playing run out of gas at 8 reps. Oh well it is progress.

So then we had the weekly Gym Challenge
1st event Strict Press from rack
175 good
190 good
205 fail
Imagine that don't train your strict press it goes to hell.

2nd event Snatch with axle
140 good
fail next 2 attempts, I suck at snatching and gotta learn how to drop under it.

3rd event Dumbell deadlift
305 good
335 good
355 fail
This was way harder than I thought it would be

Troy won the challenge, Bryan took 2nd, and I took 3rd. Fun day
