Upperbody

I was still sore as hell from tuesdays workout, but it was time to workout.

Close grip bench
205 x 3
230 x 3
260 x 6, this sucked very hard.

Reverse band bench greens
200 x 10
220 x 10
240 x 10
260 x 10
280 x 10

Tricep Pressdowns
5 x 15

Then we dicked around and tried the one-arm barbell clean and press.
I did 95lbs for a few singles. With my right arm, none on the left.

Curls
4 x 10

Dicked around with a bunch of other stuff. Overall not a bad night.
