Tuesday training

Power Cleans with Axle to warmup.
110 x 3
160 x 3
200 x 1
220 x 1 PR but damn do I have the worst form on cleans.

Deadlifts
225 x 3
315 x 3
405 x 1
440 x 2
365 x 3 x 4 sets

18" deadlifts
550 x 1 x 3 sets

Bent Over Rows
225 x 5 x 3 sets

Whole bunch of grip work
140lb 2 hand pinch grip
2" Vbar  and then some other stuff.

That was it, very tired, but very good workout.
