I felt like hell today, kind of exhausted. Still a good day, my overhead was dissapointing though.
Axle clean and press
165 x 3
185 x 3
205 x 5 just had no leg drive
Strict press
150 x 5 x 3 sets
Max bent over row with pause at stomach
Worked up to 275lbs
1" Vbar
got 185lbs missed 200.
DB snatch
got 110lbs
DB clean and press
got 120lbs
Stones
worked up to the 330 for a single.
Core work.
Overall not a bad day, just gotta get used to certain things again.
