Sunday training

I felt very tired and beat up today. But I did what I could and decided to practice some of the lifts I want to attempt for next months USAWA records day at the Dino Gym.

Axle clean and press
110 x 5
160 x 3
200 x 1
215 x 2
215 x 4. Corey told me some stuff I was doing wrong on the first set. This helped but I felt like hell here.

Axle DBL overhand deadlift
260 x 3
290 x 1

Rectangular fix
55 x 1
65 x 1
75 x 1
85 x 1
95 x 1
I think I was doing these correctly, not sure.

Continental to belt
275 x 1
315 x 1
365 x 1
390 x 1 PR
390 x 1 I thought this was 410 but I was a dumbass and loaded the bar wrong.

Fulton bar deadlift
435 x 1

Pinch grip 1 handed
50 x 1 both hands
55 x 1 "            "
60 x 1 "            "
65 x 1 left hand, almost right hand

Core work

Over all I am happy. I think am gonna be really sore tommorrow.
