Good deadlifting, no squatting.

Was feeling really good going into todays workout, but once I got going my adductors were killing me. Made it through deadlifting but squatting hurt way too bad.

Deadlifts
135 x 5
225 x 5
275 x 3
325 x 2
415 x 2
Speed pulls
325 x 3 x 4 sets

18" Deads
525 x 1 x 5 sets

Squats
135 x ouch that hurt a couple sets of 5 and I still couldn't get loosened up.

DB rows
135 x 10 x 2 sets
155 x 10

50# medicince ball slams
2 x 10

Nothing special but better than nothing.
