Deadlift night

Ok workout, I still feel like a huge pussy. I think next week I should be able to actually start lifting some heavier weights.

High pulls
Cleans

Deadlifts
315 x 10
335 x 10
405 x 1
475 x 1

Knee felt good on these, so I think I am done with this lighter weight high rep crap.

Chest supported rows
5 x 10

bunch of ab work.

Then spent too much time trying to fix my piece of shit garage door. Gotta get a new, this sucks.
