Upperbody day

Another not so great workout, but I am realizing that stress can be a real bitch. But I still got a workout in and that is better than nothing.

Close grip bench
135 x 5
185 x 5
225 x 5
275 x 2 wow this is pathetic
Add slingshot
275 x 5 x 3 sets

DB flys supersetted with Incline log press
30 x 10 on Flys and 180 x 8 on incline log x 3 sets

Dips supersetted with pullups
5 reps on each for I believe 6 or 7 sets

Band extensions
3 x 15

Wrist curls
3 x 15

COC
3 sets of 5 each hand
