Actually this was a great workout, I kept things light and did volume. I am gonna be sore tommorrow.

I was gonna do a third set with this weight, but it felt really easy as it should so I decided to go up.
405 x 10 nice and easy and no pain on the knee.
Cambered bar high box squats

Barbell rows
5 x 10
Medicine ball slams
3 x 10
Overall a good day, I will take it. I was reading over some of my best rep numbers and I have pulled 510 x 8 as my best heavy rep set. I thought I had done 500 x 10, so know I must conquer this number eventually.
