Went over to Brians to squat, glad I did.

315 x 3 add bands reverse style
365 x 2
405 x 2 x 8 sets

DB SLDs
3 x 10

Calf raises
3 x 10

abs
5 x 10

Great workout, I am gonna be hating life for about the next 3 days.
