Deadlift workout and upperback. Good day

Another good day, strength is starting to come back so I am happy.

Deadlift from the floor
135 x 5 x 2
225 x 3
315 x 3
405 x 2
455 x 1
505 x 1 goal for the day
525 x 1 good lift
550 x miss had it moving but decided to abort.

Happy to know I am not too far off on my pull, won't be too long before I am back to 600.

Bent over rows
5,6,7,8,9,10 with 185

I don't know what you call them ab exercise
3 x 10

Landmines
3 x 10

Good workout, I think I have found some great core exercises to start doing them. Gonna trash my core.
