Quick Workout

I wanted to go throwing today but it decided to rain all damn day.

So I opted for some explosive type movements.

Power cleans
135 x 5
155 x 3
175 x 3
205 x 3
225 x 3
235 x 1
These felt good, I was working on not spreading my feet, unfortunately I cannot dip very deep so that limited me a little bit.

Snatches
95 x 3
115 x 3
135 x 1
145 x 1
155 x 1

KB snatches
96 x 7 right arm PR
96 x 5 left arm ties PR

106 x 3 each arm PR for both.

I think it was actually a good idea to do this, helped looses me up and made me feel a little better.
