Upperbody workout

I think I have finally let all the stress from my week get to me. This was a terrible workout, and my body was trying to tell me the whole time. But it did have it good points, but plents of bad ones.

Strict press

135 x 3
155 x 3
175 x 3
210 x miss
190 x 2
Tried to do push presses but that was a no go.

Close grip bench

185 x 5
225 x 3
275 x 3 add slingshot
315 x 3
335 x 1
350 x 1
My bench sucks right now BIGTIME!

Dips
Bodyweight x 3
+ 35 x 3
+ 53 x 3 x 2 sets
+ 70 x 5 I think this is a PR
Bodyweight x 15 x 2 sets PR

Cheat curls
135 x 3
155 x 3
175 x 1

who knows

I think I did about 50 pullups but I can't remember. It is one sad day when you gotta count a PR on dips LOL!
