Lower body

Knee is starting to feel a lot better so I figured might as well give it a test run. I has been at least 4 weeks since I have squatted anything significant.

Close stance squats
135 x 5
225 x 5
275 x 5
315 x 1
Reverse band squats
365 x 3
405 x 1
450 x 1

I have never tried these, I think they might be something to start doing.

KB snatches
53 x 5 each arm
70 x 5 each arm
96 x 5 each arm

Hip snatches
115 x 5 x 2 sets

abs
6 sets

Overall great workout, but I am gonna hate life tommorrow. Oh well it is worth it.
