Goals for the week

So I am gonna try and set goals to reach on a weekly basis, who knows if this will work or not but I am gonna give it a try.

Goal #1
Get back on track with eating better.

Goal #2
Work on rehabbing my knee and not mess it up more.

Goal #3
Do 60 pullups on thursday in however many sets it takes.

Goal #4
Bench 315

Goal #5
Get 3 cardio sessions in, this is dependent on my knee feeling decent.

Goal #6
Load the 360 stone this week.
