Box squats

230 x 2
300 x 2 x 8 sets didn't feel bad, decent explosion. Knee held up.

KB snatches
96lb x 5 x 3 sets this kicked my ass

abs
3 x 20

Calf raises
3 x 10

Short and sweet. Hoping to have a great workout on sunday.
