Brutal lower body workout....

I think my mojo is starting to come back, plus this heat and humidity can suck my balls. At least it don't take very long to warmup.

Box squats,  I wore a pair of briefs Bryan gave me. They are loose but really helped my hips.
135 x 5
230 x 2
320 x 2
340 x 2 x 5 sets
360 x 1
380 x 1
400 x 1

These all felt great and easy.

KB swing snatches
70 x 3 x 5 sets each arm

Tire flips with 600# tire
5 sets of 2, these got better each set

Prowler
3 sets of 120 feet with 90lbs(my prowler weighs like 120lbs empty)

That was it, I just got done taking a ice cold shower and I am still sweating. Damn it was hot!
