Decided to take it a little easy today. Still a decent workout.
Warmed up with some WOB with the 56#
12' easy
13' probably 6-7 misses 4 hit the bar so close. We decided to measure as Bryan got 15' turns out the top is 2 inches higher. So I was missing at 13' 2". I know for NAHA nats I need to get at 13' if not 13'6" to be competitive. Keep on working at it.
Box squats
